Site Producer 2

Position Objective:

To coordinate web site production.

Term of Employment:

Full-time

Reports to:

Interactive Design Manager  

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Work with the Design Team and project requestors to coordinate and track site production, from planning to completion
  • Keep all jobs on schedule
  • Produce regular reports on the status of projects for the Web project manager and senior staff members
  • Assist with basic web updates and changes, as appropriate.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

  • At least two years of college or relevant experience required.
  • Basic understanding of project planning and development within a creative environment
  • Some site production skills desirable
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Ability and willingness to be flexible with daily tasks
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Commitment to the objectives of the organization
