Position Objective:To coordinate and provide operational support to the International Grassroots Campaigns staffTerm of Employment:

Reports to:
Assistant Director of Campaigns
Primary Job Duties:
- Coordinate and serve as departmental facilitator, overseeing the department’s operational activities
- Answer, screen, and when possible, handle incoming phone calls and e-mails from activists
- Assist department managers with new staff training
- Schedule use of and maintain our body TVs and van
- Find special supplies and props, and costumes for the department
- Oversee and maintain costumes and the costume database
- Manage department mailing
- Keep the department areas, including warehouse space, neat and orderly
- Perform any other duties as required by supervisor
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communications skills
- Proven strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills
- Versatility and ability to handle several projects at a time
- Thorough knowledge of animal rights issues and campaigns
- Must be older than 21 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license, with three years’ clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to the objectives of the organization
